Start with a supported asset and network
A sell route is specific to an asset, network, amount, and payout method. Do not assume that an asset listed in a wallet is automatically eligible for every fiat payout route. Request the route first, then follow its deposit instruction exactly.
The most common error is treating a ticker as the whole instruction. USDC, USDT, ETH, and other assets can appear on multiple networks. The deposit network and the network selected in your sending wallet must be the same.
Review the payout destination with the same care
The account, card, or payment destination for a fiat payout should belong to you and be entered accurately. Check names, account details, currency, and any provider conditions before you start. A blockchain deposit cannot be undone just because a payout detail later needs correction.
Availability, limits, verification, settlement times, and payout methods can vary by provider and location. Treat estimates as estimates, and rely on the order status or official provider communication for the current state of a specific sale.
Send once, then track
After checking the exact amount and network, broadcast one deposit transaction and save its hash. Wait for the route to detect and process it before considering another attempt. Sending duplicate deposits can create a harder support case.
Never respond to a message asking for a release fee, recovery phrase, or extra crypto payment to unlock a payout. Use the official status page or verified support channel if you need help with an order.
Keep records and know your obligations
Keep the quote, order ID, deposit transaction hash, and payout confirmation. They are useful for support and for your own records. Do not publish private status links or personal financial information on social media.
