The most important security feature is structural: we never hold your money.
Custody is the thing that gets breached. Tadswap is a routing interface — the design removes the honeypot instead of guarding one.
What we never hold
Your funds.
Swaps move wallet to provider to wallet. Nothing ever sits in a Tadswap account, because there are no Tadswap accounts — for you or for your coins.
Your keys.
Wallet connections are read-only address sharing; every transaction is signed in your wallet. No seed phrase or private key ever touches this site — and nobody legitimate will ever ask for one.
Your identity.
No accounts, no profiles, no KYC by us. Providers may run their own checks under their own policies — that relationship is between you and them.
Proof of reserves
Proof of reserves? We hold no reserves.
Custodial exchanges publish proof-of-reserves to show your deposits still exist. We cannot publish one — there is nothing to prove, because there is nothing of yours to lose. Non-custody is not audited; it is structural.
Vulnerability disclosure
Found a vulnerability? Write to support@tadswap.com with the subject line "Security". We commit to acknowledging reports within 3 business days and to not pursuing good-faith researchers. Please do not test against live swaps carrying real user funds.
How to know it's really us
We never DM first, never ask for seed phrases or card numbers, and deposit addresses never arrive by email. Anything else is impersonation — report it to legal@tadswap.com.
